  •  Sichtung von RfI‘s/RfP‘s zu Service Management Anforderungen unserer Kunden bezüglich Individualität und Standards des T-Systems TC Offerings (TSP)
  • Mapping der Kundenservices zu möglichen internen Standard und ggf. Non-Standard Serviceketten/-elementen
  • Bewertung des prozessualen Zusammenspiels zwischen Kundenschnittstelle und TC Operations für den späteren Wirkbetrieb
  • Integration der kundenspezifischen Anforderungen und Erstellung des nach ITIL V3 ausgerichteten TC Service Designs und von serviceorientierten SLA Konzepten
  • Erarbeitung von Lösungs- und Handlungsalternativen und Beratung unserer Kunden nach Anforderung aus fachlicher Perspektive (ITIL, Kunde zu Kunde Prozesse, SLA’s, etc.)
  • Kostenoptimierung durch Empfehlung/Verwendung von möglichst vielen Standards
  • Übersetzung identifizierter Individualanforderungen unserer Kunden in die gängigen Formulierungen der T-Systems für den Ansprechpartner aus der TSP Operations und/oder ggf. dem Ansprechpartner der externen Leistungserbringer sowie deren fachliche Verhandlung und Abstimmung
  • Zusammenführung, ggf. Strukturierung und Abstimmung von Zuarbeiten der Leistungserbringer (Leistungsbeschreibungen) zu von Non-Standard Servicekonzepten (in der Bid Phase) oder für den späteren Wirkbetrieb zu Non-Standard Servicehandbüchern (in der T&T Phase) über den gesamten TC-Anteil der Lösung für den Endkunden
  • Mitwirkung in der T&T Phase bei der Umsetzung des zuvor erarbeiteten Service Designs in Form von definierten Arbeitspaketen (Überführung Current Mode of Operation in Future Mode of Operation)
  • Präsentation des Service Management Anteils (Non Standard) für das Servicekonzept und  handbuch bei internen und ggf. auf Anforderung bei externen Kunden
  • Unterstützung des Service Chain Operation Managers in der Transition- und Transformation-Phase durch Zuarbeit von ggf. geforderten Inhalten aus der Kundenschnittstelle im Betriebshandbuch.
