Your Tasks
Als Operations Manager stellen Sie Anwendungsverfügbarkeiten und den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb von Prozessen und Systemen der zu betreuenden NT/IT-Infrastruktur im Bereich CCTR&B, Intelligente Netze sicher.
- Sie Messen, Analysieren und Überwachen der zu betreuenden NT/IT-Infrastruktur oder Anwendungen (abgegrenzter Teilbereich) auf Verfügbarkeit und Leistung
- Sie Erfassen, Bearbeiten und Verfolgen technische Anforderungen und die operative Kundenbetreuung im Tagesgeschäft für die Serviceprodukte Intelligente Netze
- Sie führen Fehleranalysen durch, inklusive Analyse von technischen Störungen und Störungsbehebungen
- Sie wirken bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Infrastrukturen oder Anwendungen mit
- Sie arbeiten bei der Weiterentwicklung des Automatisierungsgrads beim Deployment der Anwendungsreleases mit
- Sie unterstützen bei Standardaktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit Operations z.B. Migrationen und Kundenprojekte
- Sie arbeiten in Optimierungsprojekten mit , 2nd-Level Technical Support bei der Behebung von Incidents
