Your Tasks
General description
Business Intelligence developer’s main duty is daily involvement in work with MS-BI stack technologies, including Analysis Services (SSAS), Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI (PBI), as part of an international agile team delivering BI solutions to internal customers in area of finance, controlling and HR .
Accountabilities
- Create and maintain analytical solutions using SSAS Tabular or Multidimensional models.
- Develop dashboards & reports using Power BI and MS Excel.
- Enforce content security for various user groups.
- Create supporting technical and functional documentation, including data flow diagrams, and provide support for deployed solutions.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements through the design and implementation of policies, procedures, standardized documentation, and analytics infrastructure to enforce industry best practices.
- Code, test, and document new or modified data systems to create robust and scalable applications for analytics.
- Contribute to or design and direct enterprise-wide data architecture and related documentation deliverables.
Requirements
Education
- University degree (Master’s degree) with focus on Computer Science or Information System Management
Experience
- 2+ years of working experience of BI-related development experience, all seniority levels are considered
Languages
- English B2+
- German A2+ is an advantage
Others
- Experience using Microsoft’s SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS.
- Understanding DAX code, MDX queries is an advantage.
- Experience with MS Power BI stack is advantage.
- SQL advanced level, ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot problematic SQL code
- Understanding of ETL and Data Architecture
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in Agile / Scrum mode.
- Willingness to work in an international environment / cultural sensitivity.
- Customer orientation.

Salary
Monthly salary range is 1800 € - 2100 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits.
The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
