Ob Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum – bei uns profitieren Sie in jedem Fall von einer attraktiven Vergütung und unterstützen das Team HR Business Partner bei folgenden verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung von Lösungen zur Umsetzung der HR-Prozesse in verschiedenen Aufgabenfeldern, wie z.B. im Talent Management oder im Succession-Management
  • Durchführung von Trendanalysen und Beobachtung des Marktumfelds zu aktuellen HR- strategischen Fragestellungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Betreuung der HR-Schnittstellen sowie Gestaltung der Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
  • Eigenständige Übernahme von Projekten, bspw. im Bereich HR-Innovation und Digitalisierung
  • Analyse und Controlling des Personalaufwands und Restrukturierungsprogrammen sowie Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Abstimmung von Maßnahmen

Sie studieren Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang, idealerweise mit den Schwerpunkten Personal oder Controlling. Bitte fügen Sie die aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung ein. Zudem bringen Sie folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten mit:

  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Personal oder HR-Controlling, z.B. durch vorherige Praktika sind von Vorteil
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialrecht
  • Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Eigenständigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Word, Excel und PowerPoint, idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in SAP
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Connection to public transport
