Your Tasks
Ob Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum – bei uns profitieren Sie in jedem Fall von einer attraktiven Vergütung und unterstützen uns in allen Belangen der Bearbeitung von schadensrelevanten Rechnungseinwänden:
- Sie bearbeiten schadenrechtsrelevante Rechnungseinwände und führen eine Vorprüfung durch
- Sie überwachen und dokumentieren die Termineinhaltung
- Sie koordinieren und dokumentieren die Auftragserledigung
- Sie stellen Berichte, Qualitätsreports und Präsentationen bereit
- Sie unterstützen uns bei aktuellen Projekten
Your Profile
Sie sind eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in einem Studiengang mit wirtschaftlicher oder juristischer Ausrichtung. Bitte fügen Sie die aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung bei. Sie bringen Sie folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten mit:
- Strukturierte, lösungs- und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den Standard MS-Office Tools
- Teamarbeit ist für Sie selbstverständlich

In dem Bereich der zentralen Einwandsbearbeitung sind wir für die Bearbeitung von schadensrelevanten Rechnungseinwänden in der Deutschen Telekom Technik GmbH zuständig. Mit einem 24-köpfigen jungen, dynamischen Team prüfen wir die rechtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekte der vorliegenden Widersprüche. Wir regeln Eskalationen im Bereich des Schadensrechts aus und bilden das Schnittstellenmanagement zu Group Legal.
