Ob Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum– bei uns profitierst du in jedem Fall von einem spannenden Aufgabenfeld und einer attraktiven Vergütung. Du unterstützt als vollwertiges Teammitglied das HR people eXperience & projects Team bei folgenden verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben:
- Begleitung und Mitgestaltung von nationalen und internationalen HR-Projekten im agilen Umfeld,
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Aufgaben mit Gestaltungsspielraum z.B. bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von in- und externen Kommunikations- und Marketingmaßnahmen über diverse Social-Media-Kanäle
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres HR- Bereichs
- Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Durchführung von (internationalen) Meetings, Workshops und Veranstaltungen
- Recherche, Analyse und Aufbereitung von Informationen für Projekte und Veranstaltungen
Your Profile
Du studierst Wirtschafts-, Rechts-, oder Geisteswissenschaften, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal, Marketing oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang oder befinden sich beispielsweise im Gap Year. Zudem verfügst du über folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:
- Erste Erfahrungen im HR- oder Kommunikations-Bereich, z. B. durch vorherige Praktika, sind von Vorteil
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit zum selbständigen, zuverlässigen und gut strukturierten Arbeiten
- Kreativität, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationsgeschick, Zielgruppenorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint) und idealerweise auch Miro sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
