Your Tasks
Ob Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum – bei uns profitieren Sie in jedem Fall von einer attraktiven Vergütung und unterstützen das Team RBS (Ressourcen- und Budgetsteuerung) bei folgenden verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben:
- Lean Management
- Vorbereitung, Moderation und Nachbereitung der Shopfloorgespräche auf Niederlassungsebene
- Kommunikation in die Fläche und Ansprechpartner/in für Rückfragen aus der Fläche
- Weiterentwicklung sowie Etablierung von Lean Management und der verschiedenen Methoden
- Arbeiten mit Kennzahlen
- Schadenskoordination
- Bearbeitung und Abrechnung von Regressfällen durch Beschädigung unserer Netzinfrastruktur durch Dritte
- Gerichtsakten prüfen und zusammenstellen
- Erstellung von Forderungsverzichten
- Datenanalyse
Your Profile
Sie studieren Betriebswirtschaftslehre, einen vergleichbaren Studiengang oder befinden sich im Gap Year. Bitte fügen Sie die aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung bei. Zudem verfügen Sie über folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Einsatzbereitschaft, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Die Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zum schnellen erlernen von IV-Anwendungen
- Analytisches und methodisches Vorgehen
