Du befindest dich in einem laufenden Studium oder startest im Herbst 2022 und möchtest erste Erfahrung in der Personalabteilung eines der größten IT-Dienstleisters Österreichs sammeln? Dann bist du hier genau richtig!
Wir suchen DICH als Verstärkung in unserem Team mit Startdatum 01.09.2022 für 18 Monate und 25-30 Wochenstunden für folgende Aufgaben:
- Pflege unseres Recruitingtools
- Bewerbungsmanagement
- Erstellung von Dienstzeugnissen
- Vertragsmanagement
- Terminkoordination für Bewerbungsgespräche
- Unterstützung bei Messen und sonstigen Employer Branding Themen
- Unterstützung der HR-Businesspartnerinnen
- Sonstige administrative Tätigkeiten
Your Profile
- Geplantes oder laufendes Studium, bevorzugt mit HR-Fokus
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Serviceorientierung
- Routinierter Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Tools
- Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- EU-Staatsbürgerschaft oder freier Zugang zum Österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt
