- Beratung von Rail-Unternehmen zur digitalen Transformation einschließlich fachliche Lösungen zu DSTW, DLST, ETCS, ATO und TMS
- Unterstützung bei der Portfolioentwicklung der Business Unit Rail & Public Transport hin zu neuen, innovativen Lösungen und Themenfeldern inklusive Roadmaps und Business Plänen
- Mitarbeit bei Presales-Aktivitäten, Akquise und Innovationsprojekten
- Erstellung und Durchführung qualitativ hochwertiger, zielgruppengerechter Präsentationen für alle Entscheidungsebenen unserer Kunden und Partner
- Reisen zu den Standorten unserer Kunden in Deutschland, in der Schweiz und in Österreich.#EHE_TSI#
Your Profile
- Mindestens achtjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld als Berater im Bereich Rail für die Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen und/oder Geschäftsfeldentwicklung
- Starkes persönliches Netzwerk in unsere Kundenlandschaft und fundiertes Wissen über aktuelle Digitalisierungstrends in der Bahnindustrie
- Agiles Mindset im Vorgehensmodell, ergebnisorientiert und durchsetzungsstark
- Sehr hohe Beratungs- und Methodenkompetenz auch im Projektmanagement
- Sehr gute Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten auf allen Kundenebenen
- Hohe IT-Affinität und sehr gute Kenntnisse moderner Technologien
- Eine präzise Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und in Englisch
