A Manager with the ability and authority to ensure the process is operated in alignment with the defined and documented process.
Responsible and Accountable for:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the process; ensuring operating procedures are documented to support the activities
- Gathering and reporting on process metrics
- Tracking compliance to the process
- Defining and coordinating operational activities and responsibilities
- Planning and managing support for tools and processes
- E-Commerce experience
