Purpose

Coordinates the establishment and maintenance of the quality management within the team. Implements concepts and quality standards. Produces internal and external reports related to quality management. Supports the preparation and control of optimization measures relating to processes, reporting and quality.

Ensures that quality performance is at desired level. Designs concepts and implements quality standards. Designs reports related to quality management. Prepares and controls optimization measures quality.

Key accountabilities

  • • Coordination in Quality Management System (e.g. Audit Management, License Management, Security Management, Document Management etc.) to standardize Quality Management System
    • Lead teleconferences/ meetings  to ensure  knowledge sharing about quality KPI achievements and initiatives
    • Lead continual service improvement to increase customer satisfaction
    • Active  participation
    • Coordinating of quality related projects/manages subprojects to ensure Continuous Improvement up to TSI Level
    • Coordinate communication between quality and operational topics 
    • Analyze and control quality initiatives to keep quality awareness on expected level 
    • Identifies disturbances, proposes measures to improve processes and monitors their implementation
    • Supports the departments and projects in initiatives to improve quality
    • Continuously checks, maintains and improves the available services / products
    • Verifies compliance with quality standards in the event of new launches of services / products
    • Acts as the contact for internal and external partners in the case of quality questions
    • Training and mentoring  of respective processes to raise general awareness about processes
    • Proactive and independent aproach while suggesting new ideas and solutions within the process

Salary

Minimum monthly salary is 910 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
