- Willingness to learn new processes
- German language knowledge at least on a C1 level written and oral
- At least 2 years relevant experience in similar position
- Team player attitude, ability to learn quickly and pro-activity
- Customer focused attitude and communications.
- Experience in ticketing tools (JIRA, SM9, XAMS)
- Experience with Salesforce
- Agile methodology
- Relevant Sales experience
