  • Ist-Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und deren konzeptionelle Umsetzung unter SAP ERP HCM
  • SAP-Consulting mit den Schwerpunkten Human Capital Management (SAP HCM), Implementierung & Development, Schnittstellen sowie Technologie- & Innovationsthemen und Modul-übergreifende Themen
  • Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von SAP Releasewechsel und Patches sowie Begleitung von SAP-Basis-Tätigkeiten wie SPDD-/SPAU-Abgleich und Transportwesen für die gesamten betreuten SAP Landschaften
  • Aufbau sowie Implementierung von Application-Management-Services zur Gewährleistung des erfolgreichen Betriebs von Prozesslösungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des HCM-Portfolios (insbesondere ESS-/MSS-Lösungen im digitalen Wandel)
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als SAP HCM Entwickler mit Schwerpunkt Personaladministration, -abrechnung & -zeitwirtschaft
  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der ABAP-Entwicklung mit den Schwerpunkten Reporting, Oberflächen, Schnittstellen, WebDynpro und Transport Management
  • Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse Public und Healthcare
  • Grundkenntnisse im Web- / UI5-Umfeld bzw. SAP Fiori
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Home office/mobile working possible
