DNA (Drive Network Automation, Formerly known as MoveOn) is an initiative which unites several projects which are building a technology-savvy platform used across different instances and domains intended for automation and orchestration of network elements, services and network functions.
We are looking for experienced scrum master, who is interested in joining the team of leading industry experts driving Network Automation and Orchestration initiatives within Deutsche Telekom and its subsidiary national telecom operators.


Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor individuals and teams on Agile methods and practices (e.g Scrum, Kanban)
  • Facilitate team ceremonies such as daily scrums, reviews, planning and retrospectives to ensure the full team engagement
  • Lead team’s continuous improvement efforts through retrospectives and experimentation
  • Coordinate with other delivery teams, stakeholders, and partners to manage risks, interdependencies, and impediments
  • Partner with the Product Owner in ensuring backlog management best practices are being applied (e.g INVEST principles, aligning priorities)
  • Increase teams’ transparency through the proper use of artifacts (e.g. backlog) and information radiators (e.g. team metrics)
  • Foster psychological safety within teams to align with the organizational culture
  • Create an environment where teams feel empowered, motivated to deliver innovative outcomes by adopting self-management practices
  • Act as an organizational enabler in the adoption of agile practices within the organization

Your Profile

Required

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business or other related field
  • Experience in agile software development environment and methods
  • Project management practices know-how will be a plus
  • JIRA/Confluence or equivalent experience preferred
  • Maintaining a good balance between business and technical savviness
  • Having worked in complex and scaled multinational organization strongly preferred
  • Natural servant leader, with strong ability to coach and develop others
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to inspire, influence and update delivery teams & senior executives
  • Excellent facilitation, organization, and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information to others in a simple and clear way, being an empathic listener as well as persuasive speaker
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in fluid, fast changing environment
  • Strong English language skills
