Your Tasks
- Du begleitest unsere externen Kunden im Finance Bereich aktiv bei der Restrukturierung und Beratung des Rechnungswesens und Controllings sowie der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
- Als Trusted Advisor und SAP-Finance-Spezialist*in entwickelst du zusammen mit uns und Kunden geeignete Konzepte, um SAP-basierte Prozesse unserer Kunden im Rahmen ihrer Transformationsprojekte zu optimieren
- Je nach Themen-Fokus konzipierst du mit uns im Team z.B. fachliche und technische Zielprozesse im SAP-Finance-Umfeld, IT- und Datenarchitekturen, Vorgehensmodelle (klassisch, agil, hybrid), Aufbau von Datenanalysen oder auch Migrationsverfahren
- Du bist als Senior Consultant für die SAP-Projektdurchführung und -steuerung, Anforderungsanalysen, Konzeptionen, funktionalen Prozessen sowie Customizing im SAP Finance-Umfeld verantwortlich

Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder Mathematik
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der SAP-Beratung, insbesondere im Kontext SAP FI/CO, SAP ERP und idealerweise auch erste Kenntnisse im Bereich S/4HANA, dem Customizing oder SAP ABAP-Entwicklung
- Die Einführung und die Migration von SAP FI/CO bzw ERP nach S/4HANA bereiten dir ebenso Freude wie die Durchführung der Schulungen und Unterstützung von Key-Usern
- Die gängigen Rechnungslegungsstandards (HGB, BilMoG, IFRS) sind dein Standardwerk
- Du bringst deine Expertise und Ideen aktiv mit ein und entwickelst mit uns nachhaltige Lösungsansätze für unsere Kunden, die wir gerne auch in Form von SAP AddOns ausbauen
- Im Idealfall bringst du bereits Vorerfahrungen und Fachkenntnisse aus der Versicherungsbranche mit
- Beratung heißt Flexibilität: Dein Projekteinsatzort unter der Woche richtet sich nach Projektsituation und Kunde
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
