Your Tasks

Accountabilities

  • Act as a process expert
  • Initiate process changes in the company affecting financial management
  • Perform operational controlling tasks in high complexity 
  • Process control in the respective business environment 
  • Coordination of relevant closing processes for specific business areas 
  • Preparation of the plans & sub- plans 
  • Activities in the monthly closing process by taking into account continual service improvement 
  • Maintain internal standards, processes and routines based on group requirements 
  • Support Team leader by in optimization of processes and outputs 
  • Guide and coach Controllers and train new team members 
  • Held trainings for other colleagues

Requirements

  • University education (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration or similar qualifications (ideally with focus on subject matter) or higher
  • 2-3 years professional experience in finance & controlling, preferably experience in large customer projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge in project controlling, business cases calculations and accounting.
  • Experience with methodologies in project management and agile working
  • Very good communication skills 
  • Structured way of working, coupled with target and result orientation
  • High degree of initiative, implementation strength as well as analytical thinking and conceptual skills
  • Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (certificates may be required)
  • Willingness to travel (Europe, focus on Germany)

Salary

Minimum base salary 1250 € + variable part + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

Your Profile

Requirements
