Zur Unterstützung unseres Marktbearbeitungsteams suchen wir ab sofort einen Senior Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Du fokussierst dich auf unser digitales Marketing und hast Spaß daran, unsere Positionierung, Marketingstrategie und Kernbotschaften zu schärfen und unsere Produkte und Services online im Markt zu platzieren.
Wie du uns helfen kannst- Erarbeitung der Marketingstrategie in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den Marketing- und Sales-Kolleg*innen
- Im Produktmarketing unterstützt du uns durch die Entwicklung von vertriebsunterstützenden Kampagnen zur Steigerung der Bekanntheit der Produkte und Services
- Konzeption und Durchführung unseres Marktbearbeitungskonzepts, Integration neuer Ideen, um unsere CMO-Zielgruppe zu erreichen sowie Aufbau einer entsprechenden Reporting-Struktur
- PR und Content: Strategische Erarbeitung der Unternehmenskommunikation unter Berücksichtigung strategischer Ziele
- Inhaltliche, konzeptionelle und strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der (Wordpress-) Corporate Website und von Online-Tools, inkl. Agentursteuerung
- Verantwortung für weitere Themen in Bereichen wie SEO, SEA, CRM, Datenschutz/DSGVO inkl. Auswertung, Analyse und Reporting
Your Profile
- Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing, gern im dynamischen Umfeld einer Media- oder Performance-Agentur oder eines AdTech-Anbieters
- Du hast Erfahrung in der strategischen Entwicklung der Unternehmenskommunikation und hast Lust, den Bereich gemeinsam mit dem Team weiterzuentwickeln
- Du bespielst verschiedenste Marketingkanäle souverän, gehst Themen proaktiv an und übernimmst gern Eigenverantwortung und verlierst auch das Budget nicht aus den Augen
- Du bist technisch versiert und kennst dich (u.a.) mit Wordpress-Webseiten aus
- Du bist kein Einzelkämpfer, sondern läufst vor allem im Team zu Höchstleistungen auf, kannst dich aber auch durchsetzen und motivieren, falls nötig
