Die Anforderungen an einen modernen Vertrieb und Service von heute zwingen Unternehmen, sich intensiv mit neuen Lösungen im Bereich Customer Experience auseinander zu setzen. Die Endkunden sind besser informiert, nutzen neue, verschiedene Kanäle und akzeptieren kaum noch Medienbrüche. Als T-Systems Schweiz unterstützen wir solche neuen Lösungen und helfen unseren Kunden, diese für eine verbesserte Kundenerfahrung zu implementieren. In einem spannendem jungen, dynamischen Team suchen wir deshalb tatkräftige Unterstützung für die Themen: SAP Sales / Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Data Cloud, CRM on Premise und Integrationszenarien in das ERP Backend.

Als Senior CRM Consultant unterstützt du unser Team SAP Consulting & Projects und bist in Projekten bei unseren nationalen Kunden (Bern-Zürich-Basel) vor Ort im Einsatz  und verantwortest die Lösungsarchitektur für SAP CX, C/4, CRM Implementierungen. Dazu gehören im Wesentlichen folgende Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche:

  • Beratung der Kunden
  • Analyse, Design und Konzeption der SAP CX, C/4 Lösungsarchitektur
  • Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen, Fachkonzepten im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten
  • Durchführung der Entwicklungen in enger Koordination mit dem Projektteam/Kunde
  • Fachliche Verantwortung als Projektleiter für die erfolgreiche Durchführung der Projekte
  • Informatik oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Uni) oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-CRM-Umfeld
  • mind. 4 Jahre Erfahrung mit Kundenprojekten und/oder als Projektleiter
  • Kenntnisse in CX, C/4, CRM Projekten sowie Erfahrungen mit Einbindung in SAP ERP ECC, S/HANA System-/Geschäftsprozess-Gesamtlösungen
  • Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische Denkweise und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung mit den Lösungen: SAP Customer Experience ( Sales-, Service-, Marketing-, Commerce-, Data Cloud) Kyma und Integration in das ERP als auch CRM on Premise wünschenswert
  • Part-time possible
