Your Tasks
Als Senior SAP Service & Transition Manager spielen Sie in unserem Unternehmen eine bedeutende Rolle. Sie bilden die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserem Service bzw. Transition Team. Sie sind dabei in der Leitung und Steuerung größerer SAP Services für externe Kunden tätig und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:
- Leitung interdisziplinärer und teils internationaler Service Teams
- Planung und Durchführung der Übernahme eines SAP Services vom bisherigen Provider bzw. Kunden
- Implementierung und Optimierung von Service Management-Prozessen nach ITIL
- Sicherstellung der Erbringung der vereinbarten Leistungen in der vereinbarten Servicequalität und somit einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Steuerkreis- und Service-Meetings, sowohl mit dem Kunden als auch intern; Definition und Erstellung von Service-Berichten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Kundenangeboten und Mitarbeit bei Presales-Aktivitäten

Your Profile
Sie verfügen über ein Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie weitere Kennnisse in folgenden Bereichen:
- Mind. 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als SAP Service & Transition Manager
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ITIL-basierten IT-Prozessen
- Erfahrung in der Transition von SAP Services
- Erfahrung mit der Planung, Konzeption und dem Betrieb von SAP-Services
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung, Modifikation, Realisierung und Implementierung von Lösungen sowie in der Entwicklung von Lösungsstrategien
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift #EHE
