Your Tasks
Als Senior System Architect PEGA (m/w/d) gestalten und optimieren Sie IT Architekturen und analysieren fachliche und technische Anforderungen an Software, Plattformen und/oder Infrastruktur, damit IT-Lösungen und Services schnell, agil und innovativ umgesetzt werden können.
- Projektmanagement in komplexen HR Projekten der DTSE in Deutschland und mit Partnern im Near-/Offshorebereich mit Fokus auf Übernahme dedizierter Architekturverantwortung im Programm HRcules auf Basis des PEGA Systems
- Aufsetzen und Gestalten von IT- und Business Architekturen zur Erweiterung des PEGA Case Managements um internationale HR Prozesse inkl. erforderlicher Schnittstellen zu bestehenden Legacy Systemen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Expertenteams, bestehend aus Entwicklern, Webdesignern, Integrationspartnern und Lieferanten zur Gestaltung optimaler Lösungen
- Aufbau einer DevOps Organisation zum Betrieb und weiteren Ausgestaltung der PEGA Plattform
- Selbständige Analyse und eigenverantwortliche Behebung von Störungen im Incident- und Problem-Management, sowie die Störungsvermeidung durch ein aktives Event Management
- Beratung des Programm Managements in architekturellen Fragen und der Nutzung zusätzlicher PEGA Features
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen bereits langjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld agiler Softwareentwicklung mit. Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten aus:
- Mindestens 5-jährige exzellente Erfahrung als PEGA Senior System Architect mit entsprechender Zertifizierung
- Herausragende Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsteams auf der PEGA Plattform und Durchführung von PEGA Direct Capturing Objectives DCO
- Exzellente Erfahrung im Aufbau und dem Betrieb von DevOps Umgebungen
- Herausragendes Wissen in Technologie und Methoden: SaaS, DevOps, Java, HTML,
- Exzellente Erfahrung in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden wie Scrum, SAFe, etc.
