Your Tasks
Als Software Process Engineer (m/w/d) begleiten Sie die ablauforganisatorischen Änderungen in den Bereichen Software-Entwicklung (vom Anforderungsmanagement bis zur Abnahme), Projekt-, Service- und Innovationsmanagement. Gemeinsam mit Kollegen sind Sie im engen Austausch mit der Geschäftsführung und kommunizieren Ihre Verbesserungsvorschläge. Danach unterstützen Sie die Teams bei der Implementierung der beschlossenen Verbesserungen.
- Sie führen neue IT Prozesse ein und dokumentieren sie.
- Dabei entscheiden Sie, in welchen Schritten und durch welche Maßnahmen (Pilot, Workshops, Vorträge, Blogs, Trainings, ...) der Prozess in die Bereiche getragen wird.
- Sie definieren Anforderungen an die Tools, die diese Prozesse unterstützen sollen.
- Sie erstellen Trainingsunterlagen, halten Trainings ab und stehen danach den Mitarbeiter*innen für Rückfragen zur Verfügung.
- Sie bewerten Prozesse, finden Schwachstellen und verbessern diese. Dies erfolgt insbesondere durch
- Monitoring der Qualität von Arbeitsergebnissen
- Tracking von Metriken
- Bewertung der Konformität mit Entwicklungs-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
Your Profile
- Eine abgeschlossene, fachlich relevante Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft und/oder Informatik
- Berufserfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung oder im Projektmanagement, insbesondere in einem agilen Umfeld
- Starke sprachliche Fähigkeiten (Deutsch, Englisch), um die Lösungen überzeugend an das Team zu kommunizieren
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und übernehmen auch Verantwortung für Ihre Projekte
Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 45.990,- brutto pro Jahr. Wir bieten darüber hinaus eine marktkonforme Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung sowie diverse SDS Benefits.
