Your Tasks
Als Teamleiter Kundenservice (m/w/d) führen Sie engagiert ein Team personel und fachlich.
- Sie verantworten die Organisation des Teams, coachen und motivieren die Mitarbeiter/Innen sowie fördern die Talente
- Sie steuern und koordinieren die Aufgaben des Teams
- Sie optimieren den Aufgabenbereich/Sales anhand von Vertriebskennzahlen
- Sie vertreten Arbeitsergebnisse, auch auf übergeordneter Managementebene
- Sie arbeiten gerne in Projekten mit, zum Teil remote
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über ein Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice/Vertrieb.
Des Weiteren haben Sie folgende Skills:
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Skillmanagement
- Sie kennen sich gut im Budget- und Kostenmanagement aus
- Sie sind erfahren in der Personalbesetzung- und Rekrutierung
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
