Disziplinarische und Fachliche Führung - Begriffe, die bei Ihnen für Begeisterung sorgen? Sind Sie gerne in allen Belangen der erster Ansprechpartner und Know-How-Träger für das Team? Perfekt, dann coachen Sie Ihre Teammitglieder (Gesprächsanalyse, Effektivität, Qualität, Sales) mit voller Leidenschaft und achten zudem auf die Einhaltung und Umsetzung aktueller Geschäftsprozesse. Auch wenn es mal schwierig wird, Sie sind unsere erste Eskalationsinstanz für das Team! Weiterhin meistern Sie spielerisch folgende Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele durch Erreichen der Zielvorgaben
  • Bewertung der Mitarbeiter im Rahmen des Beurteilungsprozesses sowie Festlegung von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen
  • Veranlassung von Personalmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Abteilungsleiter
  • Wahrnehmung von Sonderaufgaben und Projekten (z. B. Betreuung von Auszubildenden)
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Teamleiter-Team

Als service-und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit verfügen Sie nicht nur über über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung, sondern bringen bereits erste Führungserfahrung mit. Sie besitzen weiterhin Fähigkeiten in der Wissensvermittlung/Coaching/Motivation von Mitarbeitern.

Darüber hinaus bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und sichere Beherrschung der funktionsrelevanten IV-Systeme
  • Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Grundlagen (z. B. Arbeitszeitgesetz, Betriebsvereinbarungen) und Zusammenhänge
  • Flexibilität in den Arbeitszeiten sowie Eigenverantwortung und Koorperationsbereitschaft
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Planungs- und Organisationsvermögen
  • Part-time possible
