Supports Sales and Service Delivery organization in Pre-Sales (bid) phase by preparing global solutions in regards to cost-consistency and customer requierements based on company portfolio. Acts as a business partner for the global customer/delivery -units and assures the availability of the offered solution is within the cost case. Works closely with the Bid-Team and the delivery units and makes sure that the corresponding departments in the Local Business Units efficiently work together.
- Make complex IT-offers as middleperson between IT-Architecture and Sales in Pre-sales phase
- Ensure consistent, innovative and standard based solutions in regards to costs and customer requirements
- Develop technical and organizational Solutions for deal requirements and coordinate them with the Bid-Team and CSS Delivery
- Control and coordinate Technical Solution Engineers during Solution Design based on standard portfolio elements
- Business partner for Global Customer & Delivery Units for the Pre-Sales process (e.g. consultations regarding new deals, portfolio and offered solutions, costs calculations, etc.)
- Prepare/ensure delivery approval and cost cosigning of the responsible delivery unit
- Continuously improve services in own area, propose improvements in related areas and implement improvements initiatives
- Knowledge Transfer and standardization of methods for technical deal management of the LBUs
- Participate and present solutions on customer meetings in cooperation with sales organization

Education
- Bachelors Degree in a technical or scientific field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical Solution Design/Solution Engineering, developing outsourcing offers and in depth Knowledge of the CSS delivery portfolio or
- Muiltiple years of experience in assessing and making complex IT-offers as middleperson between IT-Architecture and Sales (with focus on IT-Operations and Outsourcing)
- Very good oral and written English skills (B2+/C1)

- Minimum base salary 1740 € + variable part + other financial benefits.
