- Du rockst unsere congstar Social Media Kanäle in dem du deine eigenen Ideen für Kurzvideos umsetzt. Du gibst nicht nur die Ideen, du filmst und schneidest sie auch.
- Du hast den Plan was aktuelle Social Media Trends angeht. Du bist up-to-date und kannst Boomern noch was beibringen
- Du bist Teil eines Teams, was eine junge Mobilfunkmarke ganz groß machen will. Dafür arbeitest du auch mit externen Kreativagenturen zusammen
- Du lässt deiner Kreativität freien Lauf und machst dein Hobby zum Beruf, indem du Content von der Idee bis hin zum Posting steuerst.

- Social Media ist deine Home Base – vor allem Instagram und TikTok
- Ob TikTok Dances, Instagram Story Sticker oder coole Transitions – du bist Experte im Bereich 9:16 Short Videos.
- Du weißt, was die Gen Z sehen will und bist vielleicht sogar selbst Teil von Ihnen
- Aktuelle Social Media Trends sind dir kein Fremdwort und du hast Ideen, wie wir diese für fraenk nutzen können
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit MS Office Programmen, wie Outlook und Co.
- Du bist sorgfältig und proaktiv
