Your Tasks
- Du unterstützt deine Kollegen im täglichen operativen Geschäft, u.a. bei der Datenerfassung und Datenpflege
- Kontierung und Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen im digitalen Workflowprozess
- Unterstützung im Bereich Mahnwesen
- Prüfung und Freigabe der Zahlungsläufe
- Erstellen von Rechnungen
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Monatsabschlüsse
- Support bei der Kontenabstimmung, Kontenklärung sowie Pflege der OP-Listen
Your Profile
- Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Studienrichtung
- Idealerweise hast du bereits eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Finanzen sammeln
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und -initiative, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft („Hands-on“-Mentalität)
- Du bringst ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse mit

Das Team Finance & Controlling ist zentraler Ansprechpartner für die finanzielle Administration und Steuerung von emetriq.
