Your Tasks
Das erwartet dich:
- Du bist Teil des Teams People & Organisation bei congstar. Dort bist du primär für unseren Fachbereich Recruiting zuständig
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Suche nach neuen congstars. Dabei steuerst du eigenverantwortlich das Bewerbermanagement mit Hilfe unseres Recruiting Tools
- Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Bewerber*innen sowie unsere Fachabteilungen
- Du betreust unsere Werkstudent*innen und Praktikant*innen über den gesamten Employee Life Cycle hinweg
- Du leistest deinen kreativen Beitrag bei der Stärkung des Employer Brandings und begeisterst uns mit neuen Ideen
- Du begleitest unsere HR Business Partner bei verschiedenen administrativen Prozessen
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Koordination unserer Studi-Community sowie einer Vielzahl von weiteren Events und Netzwerkveranstaltungen
Your Profile
Das hast du im Gepäck:
- Du bist noch mindestens ein Jahr lang, bestenfalls mit dem Schwerpunkt Psychologie, BWL o. Ä. immatrikuliert
- Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke zeigst du am Telefon, per Mail und persönlich dein Talent zum professionellen Auftritt gegenüber Bewerbenden und congstars
- Praktische HR-Erfahrungen bringst du bestenfalls bereits mit
- Als Organisationstalent hast du Lust darauf, selbständig und strukturiert im Team zu arbeiten und die Verantwortung für eigene Themen zu tragen
- Fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
- Du lachst auf der Arbeit. Täglich. Mehrmals.
