Your Tasks
- Du arbeitest mit vollem Einsatz an Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des congstar Tarif-Geschäfts (Go2market) mit.
- Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit uns Marketing-botschaften, bereitest neue Tarif Launches und Aktionen vor
- Du bringst neue kreative Ideen ein und realisierst diese auch. Dabei arbeitest du mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen.
- Du erstellst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, sowie Auswertungen von Studien und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung eines neues Pricing-Tools & leitest Handlungsempfehlungen für das Tarifportfolio ab.
- Hohe Flexibilität in der Arbeitsgestaltung durch „Work from Home“ – aber auch durch ein Top-Büro im Herzen von Köln
Your Profile
- Du studierst Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikationswissenschaften, o.Ä. in Vollzeit
- Du bist interessiert an digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und neuesten technischen Entwicklungen.
- Du hast (erste) Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder studentische Tätigkeiten gesammelt und bist fit in PowerPoint und hast ein Händchen für gutes Storytelling.
- Du bist zahlenaffin, analytisch und kennst dich gut mit Excel aus – außerdem arbeitest du strukturiert und sorgfältig
- Als Digital Native kennst du die aktuellen Trends und Herausforderungen im Telekommunikationsmarkt.
- Du hast Zeit und Lust, uns 15-20 Stunden die Woche für mindestens 6 Monate tatkräftig zu unterstützen.
- Du lachst auf der Arbeit. Täglich. Mehrmals
