Your Tasks
Das erwartet dich:
- Unterstützung der Vertragsadministration bei juristischen Fragestellungen im Vertrieb & Service: Erstellung von Vertragsdokumenten nach Vorlagen & Archivierung dieser Dokumente und Vorlagen.
- Vorbereitung von Verhandlungen, z.B. mit Vertriebspartnern sowie Unterstützung bei Formulierungen in der externen Kommunikation für ein rechtssicheres Auftreten der congstar
- Du pflegst einen engen Austausch mit anderen Fachabteilungen und arbeitest auch an bereichsübergreifenden Schnittstellen
- Wir bieten flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle um eine gute Integration in deinen Studienalltag zu ermöglichen
Your Profile
Das hast du im Gepäck:
- Du studierst Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht o.Ä. ab dem dritten Semester.
- Die Basics im Zivilrecht sind dir bekannt und du bringst erste Erfahrungen aus Praktika oder Tätigkeiten in ähnlichen Aufgabenbereichen mit.
- Dank deines selbständigen, präzisen Arbeitsstils & hohen analytischen Denkvermögens bist du eine zuverlässige Unterstützung für das Team.
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen und ein gutes Zeitmanagement.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und arbeitest sehr sorgfältig
- Du lachst auf der Arbeit
