Deutsche Telekom has announced the sale of 51% of GD Towers, comprising its tower assets in Germany and Austria, to Digital Bridge and Brookfield for €10.7bn of cash proceeds.

Deutsche Telekom has extended its strategic investment in Teridion Technologies, Ltd. with an equity investment of $0.025bn.
