Deutsche Telekom to stream exclusive album launch event for Depeche Mode's "Delta Machine"

Telekom today announced full details of the forthcoming stream of their exclusive album launch event for Depeche Mode’s eagerly awaited new album "Delta Machine". On Sunday 24th March, just two days after the release of their new album, Depeche Mode will be performing new material from "Delta Machine", along with classic tracks to a select audience of fans from across Europe. The album launch event will take place in the cultural epicentre of Vienna, the historic MuseumsQuatier. In addition to acting as the presenting partner for 16 of the band’s European tour dates in 9 countries this summer, Telekom will ensure that fans around the world can experience this unique preview of material from the new album and live versions of classic tracks. The stream will be available from 21,00h on Wednesday 10th April via Telekom’s portal www.fan4fan.com . In addition to this exclusive live album launch event, Telekom will support the Summer European tour and the album launch with its expansive knowledge, innovative products and media coverage. A bundle of activities have been created around the band’s new album “Delta Machine”, released on 22nd March 2013 via Columbia / Sony Music, the album and single are available via on-line and physical retailers everywhere, as well as Telekom’s portals and the Telekom Spotify tariff. Depeche Mode is a musical phenomenon. Inspiring idolisation by their fans, their popularity has grown in accordance with their own 32-year trajectory; from young synthpop band to international stadium stars. Their last tour in 2009/2010 broke all records with more than 2.5 million tickets sold.
