  • Choose chargeable apps and pay for them effortlessly via Telekom cell phone bill or from prepaid credit
  • Practical and secure alternative to paying by credit card

Quick and convenient: Telekom cell phone customers can now also pay to download chargeable apps from Android Market via their monthly cell phone bill or their prepaid credit. The new service is a continuation of Telekom's promise to customers to open up uncomplicated, integrated access to apps for smartphone users and to make it as easy as possible to find, download and pay for apps and services. More than 250,000 apps are currently available from Android Market. Customers wishing to pay for an app on their Telekom bill simply need to select their cell phone account as the payment method in Android Market. Customers who have previously paid for apps on their credit card can also change the payment method. Apps are automatically paid for as part of the customer's cell phone bill or deducted from their prepaid credit. Billing via their cell phone account does not incur any hidden charges for Telekom customers. In addition to offering this service for Android Market and the Nokia Store, Telekom is preparing the roll-out for further app markets and in more countries across Europe.
