SAP and T-Systems are working together more closely

  • partner initiatives for better customer service
  • awards for special expertise

SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG has taken on T-Systems in eight partner initiatives in one go: T-Systems is now a member of four Collaborative Business Initiatives (CBI) and has been taken on in four areas of the Special Expertise Program.

As part of the Collaborative Business Initiative, T-Systems and SAP are now working even more closely together on the topics of "Governance, Risk & Compliance" as well as "ERP Financials", "Human Capital Management Talent Core Processes" and "Shared Service Center" for Human Capital Management / Finance. The aim of the initiative is to offer customers a better service through closer collaboration. Furthermore, the two companies also want to cooperate more intensively during the sales and project phases. Thus joint customer information days are to be held. In addition, SAP will provide T-Systems’ employees with an insight into pilot projects and into the development of new IT systems. T Systems will, in turn, educate and further train its consultants even more intensively for SAP.

T-Systems, as the Special Expertise Program partner, received the four awards for SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM), SAP ERP Upgrade, SAP BusinessObjects solutions for Governance, Risk and Compliance and for SAP NetWeaver Master Data Management & SAP BusinessObjects solutions for Information Management. SAP is thus acknowledging that T-Systems’ experts have excelled themselves through their specialist expertise and trusting collaboration. SAP investigates its partners, amongst other things, in terms of project experience and the number of trained and certified SAP consultants, and also takes into account customer satisfaction.
