T-Systems, in cooperation with SAP AG, launches Premium Access for SAP® Solutions, a new and improved premium-level collaboration model built on the Run SAP methodology for solution operations. The offering provides benefits to ICT service providers’ customers who rely on SAP Enterprise Support or SAP Product Support for Large Enterprises services. T-Systems’ Premium Access for SAP Solutions is the result of years of intensive cooperation between T-Systems and SAP, and will further enhance the reliability and stability of software applications. "This new model, which is currently unique in the industry, will allow us to offer our customers a huge plus when it comes to security,” said Dr. Ferri Abolhassan, head of Production and member of the Board of Directors of T-Systems . “Premium Access for SAP Solutions increases system uptime and boosts solution reliability.” Based on close alignment of organizational structures within T-Systems and SAP, 24/7 support is guaranteed worldwide as part of T-Systems’ Premium Access for SAP Solutions. A team of partner technical advisors at SAP and a team of provider support advocates at T-Systems are tightly integrated and networked to deliver a heightened degree of cooperation. For example, this helps when dealing with customers facing business-critical incidents. In such cases, customers can be assured of rapid intervention around the clock, with teams ready to set all necessary steps in motion to quickly address issues. Additionally, commitment architects at both companies will actively push the strategic enhancement of the collaboration as well as the customer systems and solutions. Premium Access for SAP Solutions is built on Run SAP operations. T-Systems achieved certification from SAP as a global provider of solution operations based on the Run SAP methodology in 2010. T-Systems has also since become an SAP Global Support Partner. "Run SAP has already brought us a huge leap forward in terms of the stability of solution operations," said Christoph Hermann, vice president of the SAP Technology Services Global Delivery Unit at T-Systems. “In conjunction with the new and improved integrated approach to SAP support, we can now increase customer satisfaction even further." Premium Access for SAP Solutions built on Run SAP operations represents a new standard in collaboration between us as a provider, our customers and SAP." This new cooperation between T-Systems and SAP also includes service levels for critical installations as well as a comprehensive portfolio of proactive measures designed to avert critical incidents before they occur. As a result, the quality and stability of SAP solutions in operations will be boosted to an extremely high level while covering all the requirements of T-Systems' top customers at all times. As part of this new offering, T-Systems and SAP will continue to engage in cooperative development efforts and sustained knowledge-sharing between support experts of both companies.
