The Slovak Telekom Group comprises the parent company Slovak Telekom, a. s. (Slovak Telekom) and its subsidiaries Zoznam, s. r. o. (Zoznam), Zoznam Mobile, s. r. o. (Zoznam Mobile), Telekom Sec, s. r. o. (Telekom Sec) and PosAm, spol. s r. o. (PosAm; from January 29, 2010) and DIGI Slovakia (from September 1, 2013).

    The Company launched Magenta 1 Offer : The new package brought new fixed rate programs and more interesting prices for the whole family. The services include television, internet and mobile calls in one package.

    Slovak Telekom uses voice recognition: Voice biometrics provides a unique method of verifying customers who are calling customer support by comparing the voice of the customer with the respective voice imprint.

    Telekom launched the first commercial 225 Mbps 4G network in Nitra in June 2015 and in November it added another first commercial launch in Slovakia: 300 Mbps LTE in Bratislava.

    Slovak Telekom received the Best in Test award for network quality for the second time: According to the independent P3 Communications tests, Slovak Telekom achieved the best results in the overall test results for mobile networks in Slovakia.

    The Telekom LTE network was available to almost 75,2 percent of the population by the end of the year. The Telekom high-speed internet signal was expanded to a number of skiing and mountain resorts as well.

T-Systems Slovakia s.r.o.

Since foundation of the company, T-Systems Slovakia has had its seat in Kosice and is very closely linked with this region. The company plays role of the second biggest employer in Kosice region, and it is known as a young, dynamic, fast growing company that supports education in ICT field and helps to develop the region in various areas. During 8 years of its existence, T-Systems Slavakia has been ranked among the largest and most respected players in Slovakia as well as in the IT world.

    In October 2012 the project SMART FC nearshore (FC NES) has started with the aim to provide a high quality and cost effective services in the field of finance processes, administration and operation. In 2014 FC NES celebrated its first year and a hundred’s employee. Nowdays T-Systems Slovakia has the biggest TSI finance location.

    In 2013 T-Systems Slovakia Fund was created. Main objectives of the porgramme include: establishing opportunities for education young talended people form the Eastern Slovakia region.

    T-Systems Slovakia started the project called ‘“AjTy” Senior in 2013. The aim of the project is to teach seniors from Kosice Region basic PC skills and to integrate them back into the modern society.
