This year Deutsche Telekom is giving its shareholders the choice of receiving their dividend in the form of shares instead of cash once more. In doing so, we are giving our shareholders an easy and simple way of re-investing their dividend in the company.

Please note beforehand: If you still wish to receive your dividend in cash, you need to take no special action. The standard procedure is as always payout of the dividend in cash.

1) Volume-weighted average price of Deutsche Telekom AG shares in EUR in XETRA trading on the Frankfurt stock exchange on June 9, 2016.

2) According to the resolution of the shareholders' meeting on May 25, 2016.

3) Reference price divided by EUR 0.55, less 2 percent of this result and rounded to one decimal place.

4) Number of shares which entitle you to one new share multiplied by 0.55 €.

5) Number of dividend entitlements or parts of dividend entitlements, that are not sufficient to cover subscription to one (additional) new share, multiplied by 0.55 €; a result with more than two decimals shall be rounded down to full Cents.
