EuroShop 2020: digitization as a trade fair experience

EuroShop (February 16-20, 2020 in Dusseldorf) is the world’s largest trade fair for retail investment requirements.
In 2020 SES-imagotag, Deutsche Telekom, and Wirecard will be presenting their solutions at a shared trade fair booth for the first time. 

Under the motto "CX³ – Customer Experience", the partners will showcase innovative solutions that open up entirely new possibilities to retailers in the digital transformation framework.  The companies will show digital solutions for connectivity, augmented reality (AR), digital payment methods, electronic price tags, IoT, cloud computing, and security. Visitors can experience these technologies live in the flagship store of a global brand.  

The trade fair motto: CX³ – Customer Experience

Their common motto, "CX³ – Customer Experience", underscores the essential importance of satisfied customers. Their focus is digital solutions for retailers and wholesalers. Companies are well advised to implement digital solutions to ensure that their increasingly demanding customers remain loyal. After all, in times of rising e-commerce sales, the desired items are only a click away. That's why wholesalers and retailers that offer consumers a unique, end-to-end customer experience are the most successful ones. That's why it makes sense to link all the available sales channels. That's why sales processes should be performed digitally and effortlessly – for ordering, logistics and shipping, and payment methods.

The best of three worlds at one booth

SES-imagotag, the worldwide leader in smart digital labels and pricing automation, will be presenting its comprehensive IoT platform for retailers at EuroShop. It focuses on digital solutions for headquarters, stores, and logistics, which ensure seamless interaction between logistics, headquarters, online shop, and retail outlets. To ensure successful projects, the company implements the latest technologies – including AI, big data analytics, 5G, blockchain, IoT, live tracking, and cybersecurity.

Wirecard is one of the world's fastest-growing digital platforms for financial commerce. The individually configurable payment solutions from this DAX-30 company enable convenient, secure payments, whether in-store, online, or on social media. At EuroShop, the company will show how retailers can optimize the customer journey, while at the same time increasing sales.

Highlight: Experience digitalization live

At EuroShop, the three partners will have a live demonstration to show how technological innovations can be deployed to improve communication efficiency at the point of sale, enabling retailers to improve the customer experience dramatically. The presented solutions aren't futuristic visions either – they are already in use and ready to deploy. 80 percent of the solutions will soon be used by the flagship store of a global brand.
