Telekom to offer new services for Apple business customers

The extended business relationship between Telekom and Apple offers new advantages to enterprise organisations. Starting today, Telekom will offer Mac – which offers the best total cost of ownership for enterprise[1] – with a full service package for customers, which includes deployment infrastructure, app development, Office 365 integration and flexible leasing, so enterprises can easily streamline their processes. Telekom also provides AppleCare for Enterprise and device lifecycle management for iPhone, iPad and Mac.

"With our new services for Mac and as an authorized reseller, we offer perfectly coordinated solutions and help our customers to simplify digitization with Apple, the best devices for business", said Hagen Rickmann, Managing Director Business Customers Division at Telekom Germany. "Our enhanced collaboration with Apple is an important step to help companies innovate in the way they work."

Telekom Germany is now an Apple authorized enterprise reseller, underlining its excellence in innovation, quality and security, and now offering the ability to provide the full range of Apple technology to enterprise organisations.
