WalkMe joins Telekom’s cloud partner network.

WalkMeTM the leading Digital Adoption Platform and one of the fastest-growing software companies globally, has joined Deutsche Telekom’s cloud partner network. Through this partnership, Deutsche Telekom and WalkMe will offer a joint service for organizations undergoing the digital transformation process and empower them to grow a digital-first business and maximize the full value of their digital assets. The partners will be showcasing their solution at the DIGITAL X*.

With its comprehensive cloud ecosystem, from platforms to software as a service, Telekom and its enterprise customer unit T-Systems support clients in their digital transformation. WalkMe solutions help companies to embrace a simplified approach to digital adoption, boost back-end system efficiency, harness user analytics and proactively push digital self-support.

“As we continue to grow and expand throughout Europe, the Deutsche Telekom partnership is a testament to WalkMe’s long-term commitment to enable enterprises to realize digital transformation across the organization,” said Rafael Sweary, President and Co-founder of WalkMe.

“Our Partnering mission is to position Deutsche Telekom as No.1 European TelCo by scouting, qualifying and launching innovative partner products in order to differentiate and grow revenues – and our partnership with WalkMe is a great example for that”, stated Sean Seaton, SVP Group Partnering & Devices at Deutsche Telekom. Telekom uses the WalkMe adoption platform for its own digital transformation very successfully. “WalkMe makes it easy for users to adopt to new systems that will be implemented during the digital transformation of a company. Our clients will benefit from our experience in integrating WalkMe in their IT landscapes,” says Frank Strecker, responsible for T-Systems’ cloud business.

Telekom is offering extensive consulting and implementation services to navigate the customer through the initial orientation phase, the implementation and the evaluation after going live.

Within the Digital X Conference, Deutsche Telekom and WalkMe will demonstrate their already fruitful collaboration. At its booth, WalkMe will showcase its leading Digital Adoption Platform that transforms the user experience in today’s overwhelming digital world. Using insights, guidance, and automation, WalkMe’s transparent overlay drives adoption of digital assets, reduce support, and drive revenue growth - without taxing high-value development resources.
