In the Nordics, Deutsche Telekom operates through T-Systems. T-Systems Nordic is represented in Denmark, Sweden and Finland with offices in Copenhagen (HQ), Stockholm, Malmö and Helsinki. We are approx. 50 employees.

Since 2004, T-Systems have been active in the Nordic market – with unstable results. In 2012, the T-Systems Nordic strategy was adjusted. Previously, T-Systems Nordic mainly focused on SAP solutions etc. belonging to the SMB segment since the majority of the Nordic companies belongs here.

However, since T-Systems differentiates itself from the majority of competitors through our global ability to supply both total solutions for integrated IT and Telecommunications (ICT), it was decided to focus on “bringing the whole of T-Systems to the Nordic” instead of building up a “T-Systems Nordic” (with its own Nordic profile). In other words, make the global service ability of T-Systems available to Global, Nordic companies. Our objective is to build a true partnership around their specific needs and to be the innovative partner for dynamic cloud services

T-Systems Nordic is in the middle of the growth strategy phase and will continue on the path chosen. All activities should result in a much stronger presence of T-Systems Nordic in the respective markets. To be more competitive in the markets, T-Systems will adjust the portfolio with new service elements and services. Focus for the next years is to win new customer logos and to be a strong competitor in the Nordic cloud market.

The market for IT and Telecommunications is undergoing radical transformation. Today's business processes are digital and globally connected. Demands for transmission speed, user friendliness, and mobile access are increasing. IT services from the cloud, applications for analysing large amounts of data in real time ("data analytics"), and solutions for connecting objects (the Internet of Things), machines (M2M, machine-to-machine) and Security solutions are spreading rapidly. In addition to services from the cloud, the range of services is centered around M2M and security solutions, complementary mobile communications and fixed network products, and solutions for virtual collaboration and IT platforms, all of which forms the basis for our customers' digital business models.
