TC Force Support Specialist (Budapest)

Depending on your skill level, you would work with application landscapes running on different architecture solutions including:
- Maintenance of existing environments
- Taking over maintenance of newly developed applications
- Monitoring and logging
- Troubleshooting
- Automating as much as possible
- Contributing into the realization of new application landscape creation
- Consulting with stakeholders in several areas (customer service, technical implementation, operation, knowledge sharing)
- Languages: German at least B2, English at least B1
- Good social Integration ability
- Being a team player, working fully integrated in a mixed team (Germany, Hungary, Brazil)
- Superb communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to analyze problems
- Superb knowledge in SM9
- Relevant experience with Salesforce
- Should have good experience in Support Organizations, especially TSI Environment
Advantages:
- High level knowledge of agile software development methods, SaFe Framework and DevOps are desirable
- Ability to self-training of new topic
- Good knowledge in xAMS
- Preferably knowledge in TSI Sales Processes (e.g. Salsa)
- Preferably knowledge in Salesforce
- Scripting in Pearl, Python, Java or others
- Knowledge of data structures and relational data models
- Linux operations: Shell Scripting / Bash, CronJobs
- Technical Solution Management (TSM)
