Technical Process Manager

Aufgabe

  • Design and document all process changes in the Order-to Cash-process for IntraSelect products, due to life cycle or development reasons. (IntraSelect products are e.g. Fixed Connected, or SD-WAN based VPN nets)
  • Derive and request changes in the IT tool chain (e.g RPKneu, Talis, ROT, SPIMS, SEAM, ISEM) and potentially in the DTT systems (e.g. COPS, cNSO)
  • Prioritize and cluster the IT requirements
  • Conducts the Functional Acceptance Test for requested changes.
  • Enable D&O to set-up production guides to deliver and operate new program increments from the Tribe IntraSelect agile Release Train. Transform technical solutions into IT-driven processes to ensure the production of standards and non-standards.
  • Problem management for the line function of the tribe T-GIP. Focus on provisioning of IP-VPN connections (to acquire know-how about lines).
  • Responsible for the technical requirements of the production systems according to the technical and operational specifications 
  • Responsible for the technical requirements management in coordination with the clients, the service providers and the management according to the product and process specifications.

Profil

  • Detailed knowledge of the function and operation of the IT tools like ROT, PMA-SEAM, SAP SD-AVO, SPIMS, PMA-ISEM, SPIMS-BOF and eTTS,  IWOMS and T-GLOSS (Provisioners) 
  • Several years of professional experience in the automation of the production of IP-VPN connections field
  • Extensive knowledge of performance characteristics, production processes and technical design variants of IP-VPN connections based on Intra Select Fixed Connect (Provisioners)
  • Know-how to handle complex IT tools to modularize and automate the production of IP-based telecommunications solutions
  • Several years of experience in development and LifeCycle IP-based telecommunications products
  • Ability to record  complex facts, to formulate them comprehensibly and to document them
  • (very) good English (written and spoken)
  • (very) good German (written and spoken)
