Short Description

We, Technology Delivery International, are looking for a Technical Product Manager, responsible for mobile radio optimization tool development and deployment across all DT Natcos.

Tasks & Requirements

• Product Strategy Development - Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and market needs, focusing on optimizing mobile radio networks through innovative software tools.
• Market Research and Analysis - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends related to mobile radio network optimization tools. Analyze data to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Product Roadmap Planning - Define and prioritize features and functionalities for the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Requirements Gathering and Definition - Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering teams, customers, and sales teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
• Product Development Oversight - Provide guidance and support to engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software tools that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Testing and Quality Assurance - Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the software tools. Coordinate with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and identify and resolve any issues.
• Customer Engagement and Support - Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and validate product features. Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, addressing any technical questions or issues.
• Regulatory Compliance and Security - Ensure that the software tools comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to mobile radio network optimization and software development

Professional, Social and Specific Skills

• University degree preferably in the area of telecommunication, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, etc.
• Professional experience within systems technology respectively mobile communication technology (more than 5 years). Especially working experience in SW Tools area to automate optimization of Mobile RAN Networks.
• Attention to detail is essential, as is a thorough understanding of how RF technologies, such as measuring tools, data analytics work.
• Broad technical knowledge on Mobile radio network optimization and analytics
• Basic knowledge of 5G RAN architecture and functions
• Experience in programming, scripting languages (Python)
• Substantiated experience in working in an intercultural team and in an international environment on daily remote distance team collaboration.
• Excellent written and oral skills in English (B2+)
• Willingness to travel within the EU
