At Deutsche Telekom, we have introduced, among others, the following regulations and guidelines with compliance relevance.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct is the guiding framework for all people in the Telekom Group. It links our commitment to compliance with the law and our special requirements for ethical conduct with our six guidelines.
Anti-Corruption Policy
This policy provides the framework for avoiding corruption and other conflicts of interest. The policy is supplemented by more specific guidelines.
Group Benefits Policy
This policy regulates the acceptance and granting of benefits in relation to business partners from the public and private sectors. It contains value limits and guidelines of conduct.
Donation Policy
Is the basis for a uniform and consistent donation commitment of Deutsche Telekom. To this end, it defines guidelines and frameworks for a lawful, binding and transparent approach to assessing and handling donations. Donations must not be misused for corruption purposes.
Sponsorship Policy
This policy sets out clear criteria for the implementation of sponsorship measures, specifies the general prohibition of corruption in the area of sponsorship and regulates the involvement of the sponsorship department, the legal department and procurement department.
Principles for donations in the political arena
This stipulates that donations by the Group to political parties are not permitted: Deutsche Telekom is not allowed to make any monetary payments or monetary benefits to parties and members of the Bundestag.
Group Policy for engaging intermediaries and lobbyists
This policy contains requirements for the selection, monitoring and drafting of contracts with intermediaries and lobbyists.
Antitrust Policy
This policy shows the legal consequences of a cartel violation and defines specific rules of conduct for the prevention of cartel violations.
Event Policy
The Event Policy provides clear criteria for the planning, implementation and follow-up of events. Value limits for leisure-oriented events are specified and explicit reference is made to the observance of the benefit policy to avoid corruption through event invitations.
