High performance for a low charge – the new Young rate plans from Deutsche Telekom

  • More data, more streaming, more savings for customers under 27 years of age
  • StreamOn available as an add-on from MagentaMobil S Young
  • Exclusively for young customers – MagentaEINS Young

Deutsche Telekom is expanding its offers for young people – from September 1, 2017, the Friends rate plans will become the Young rate plans. This range is targeted at customers under the age of 27 and offers numerous benefits, including for the first time an offer from Deutsche Telekom for young MagentaEINS customers.

More data for carefree mobile surfing

With its MagentaMobil Young range, Deutsche Telekom is keeping up with the increasing data usage of its young target group by providing a much higher data limit for people under 27 than was the case with the previous comparable MagentaMobil rate plans. Young people can thus use up to 6 GB more data, depending on their rate plan, enabling them to surf to their heart’s content.

Streaming audio and video content on the go is now also more fun with MagentaMobil Young. Customers on the MagentaMobil S Young rate plan (from 29.95 euros a month) or better have the option of adding StreamOn Music for free. Young customers can even use StreamOn Music&Video on the go without worrying about their high-speed data allowance if they are on the MagentaMobil M Young rate plan (from 39.95 euros a month) or better. MagentaMobil Young rate plans start at 19.95 euros a month.

Exclusively for young MagentaEINS customers – MagentaZuhause Surf

Along with MagentaEINS Young, Deutsche Telekom is offering young customers another exclusive benefit – MagentaZuhause Surf. This offer is targeted at all the young people under 27 who only need a high-performance DSL connection at home in addition to their mobile contract. Young people can get this package of home Internet and mobile communications for as little as 34.90 euros a month. The offer is available for both new Deutsche Telekom customers and existing customers extending their contracts.

“By adding StreamOn as an option for MagentaMobil S and better, and with the new MagentaZuhause Surf rat plan for young MagentaEINS customers, we are expanding our outstanding range. It is tailored precisely to the needs of young people. Lots of surfing and streaming – at fantastically good value for money,” says Michael Hagspihl, Director of Consumers at Telekom Deutschland.
