  • Showcasing groundbreaking solutions at CeBIT 2010

Top solutions for business communications and information on the move: customized mobile solutions from T-Mobile's IT partners ensure the direct and seamless integration of employees into companies' internal and external information flows, even during business trips or service assignments. As a result, companies of all sizes and from all sectors are able to leverage the enormous efficiency potential, optimize their business processes, improve customer support, and simultaneously gain a distinct competitive edge. At the CeBIT Highlight Stand for business customers, Deutsche Telekom, together with its IT partners ebf, GML and ISEC7, is showcasing three exemplary solutions and demonstrating their benefits in everyday business operations.

In close cooperation with T-Mobile's IT partner management, around 400 partner companies from the IT sector implement customized mobile solutions for a wide range of requirements. On account of their outstanding benefits and performance, quality and convenience, as well as reliability and security, these applications are proving to be more than convincing. An important benefit for customers is the full integration of solutions into existing IT environments at clients' locations by IT partners. Mobile data solutions provided by T-Mobile and its IT partners prove their worth in many areas. The spectrum of applications ranges from a "pocket office" or direct connection between sales and service departments to the IT environment of the company headquarters through to mobile fleet management and machine control. And it does not matter in the least whether the company has only one or several thousand employees. The IT partners provide both customized solutions as well as standardized products and services.

Together with ebf GmbH, Cologne, T-Mobile is presenting the ebf.connector at CeBIT 2010. This application enables users direct and secure access - worldwide and virtually without delay - to company-specific information via iPhones. The ebf.connector offers a practical and easy-to-use interface. Its range of applications includes, among others, scheduling and updating appointments for field service staff, as well as immediate, on-site data entry, as is required, for instance, by facility management staff.

GML Gesellschaft für mobile Lösungen mbH, Warendorf, is showcasing its product suite 2Bmobil at Deutsche Telekom's CeBIT stand. By enabling seamless access to existing ERP systems, 2Bmobil supports processes essential for sales and services. At any time of the day, employees have all the relevant information at their fingertips and can immediately record all services, call reports and orders. The 2Bmobil suite also facilitates photographic documentation and non-cash payments. Intelligent technology optimizes workflows between office and field service.

ISEC7 Group, Hamburg, is demonstrating the SAP-certified product series MOBILITY FOR SAP. This series facilitates mobile access using BlackBerry® smartphones to SAP workflow processes, as well as to SAP CRM and SAP ERP data. It is therefore possible to approve offers and orders as well as track a particular order directly when on the move. Installation and configuration of the solution could hardly be easier. The result is reduced response times and accelerated approval processes.
