Sinus 103 Activity - because life can be rough and tumble

  • Dust-proof, splash-proof handset
  • Wide range of features
  • Automatic adjustment of DECT transmission power

Built tough: the handset of the Sinus 103 Activity analog cordless phone is protected against dust and splashing water as defined under IP code (International Protection Rating) 54. It is ideal for customers who like to phone while cooking and baking, hammering and drilling, or working in the garden. The Sinus 103 Activity is also perfect for business customers who want to keep a phone in their workshops or warehouses. A hands-free function, an illuminated graphical display, electronic phone book for up to 100 entries and eight speed-dial numbers provide maximum convenience between pots and pans or storage racks.

Other features of the Sinus 103 Activity include a menu-based user interface and the possibility of sending and receiving short texts via the fixed-line network. The power-saving technology used in the power supply unit ensures energy-efficient operation. The phone supports up to 100 hours of standby time and up to ten hours of talk time. DECT transmission power varies automatically depending on the distance between the handset and the base station, as well as the characteristics of the premises. If all handsets are idle, the DECT connection is shut down completely. Up to five handsets can be registered with the base station and it goes without saying that users can hold internal conversations between handsets free of charge. The dust-proof, splash-proof Sinus 103 Activity cordless phone will be available for EUR 49.99 at Telekom Shops, through Deutsche Telekom's website and at selected partner retailers from May 2010.
