We have an exciting new role at Deutsche Telekom - As “Product Head of the Engagement Program”, you will help to successfully launch, roll-out and further enhance our newly established Customer Engagement Program across DT-Europe’s international markets.

  • In your role you will work closely with the commercial teams of our European subsidiaries (NatCos) as well with cross-functional teams at the group level e.g. design, IT development, finance, brand, partnerships, sponsorship and communication teams.
  • You will evaluate customer usage and behavior as well as consumer, competitive and macroeconomic trends to come up with Customer journeys as well as engagement and gamification concepts to be developed and implemented in association with stakeholders in design, development, partnerships and Natco commercial teams.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the impact of engagement program and various initiatives on key KPIs.
  • You will drive frequent enhancements to the program: conception and execution of new propositions, benefits, features to evolve the program based on consumer behavior and trends.
  • You will define in coordination partnerships and Go-to Market, propositions for partners to engage with our customers through the program in terms of sponsorships, gamification and placement.
  • You will manage strategic partnerships and create unique opportunities for partners and members to engage through Magenta Moments
  • You will be responsible for creating strategies, proposition and implementation towards opening new revenue streams for Magenta Moments- Transaction and Advertisement.


You have a degree in business administration (with Marketing focus) or a comparable qualification with 7+ years’ experience in digital engagement/ loyalty management/ product management/ digital advertising preferably on products & services with multi country presence. Whereby you have worked hands-on in either introducing or managing such product or service.

A “customer obsessed”, “digital first” and “getting things done” mindset is a must and knowledge of DT Europe markets would be preferred. Furthermore, you bring the following knowledge and skills:

  • Being excellent in managing projects involving multiple teams across geographies
  • Strong analytical mind and have a flair for technology
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English – German is not a must
