  •      Act as a subject matter expert for mobile identity ecosystem, performing 2nd line operations activities, including incident handling, change requests, and escalations to vendors.
  •      Participate in service migrations, upgrades, and updates, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum availability.
  •      Assist in the acceptance testing of new services, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  •      Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery and ensure efficient and reliable releases.
  •     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure microservices architecture on Kubernetes.
  •      Continuously monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and security, implementing best practices and proactively identifying potential issues.
  •      Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend solutions to improve processes, tools, and systems.
  •      Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across teams and departments.
  •      Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, including system architecture, processes, and procedures.
  •      Handle Incidents and Change requests according to the established SLA
  •      Escalate complicated Incidents to the Vendor

  •  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant field
  •  Over four years of hands-on experience in dynamic tech environments, demonstrating a robust ability to adapt and drive technological advancements.
  • Advanced debugging skills complemented by a proactive approach to problem-solving. Adept at identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring high levels of system and application performance.
  • Proficient in using Docker for containerization; skilled in Docker Image packaging and managing Microservices architecture patterns, enhancing operational efficiency and deployment speed.
  • Well-versed in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices using tools like GitLab. Capable of setting up and maintaining automated pipelines that improve code quality and operational reliability.
  •  Demonstrates strong expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters and deploying scalable applications efficiently. Expert in leveraging Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and maintaining high availability across services.
  • Experienced with leading configuration management and orchestration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, enabling consistent and scalable environment setups.
  •  Strong command over Linux system administration and TCP/IP networking fundamentals, ensuring secure and stable operations.
  •  Proficient in automating routine and complex tasks using Python and Shell scripting, which optimizes workflow efficiencies and reduces the potential for human error.
  • Skilled in managing and optimizing databases such as PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Redis. Experienced with Kafka for handling large-scale message processing. Proficient in utilizing monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus for insightful analytics and performance tracking.

  •  Extensive experience in utilizing REST API tools such as Postman and Swagger to test, and document APIs effectively. Expert in crafting and managing API requests, automating tests, and ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various platforms.
  •  Experience with Java Spring Boot Framework
  • Experience with Maven build/package management
  •  Understanding OpenID and OAuth2 principles
  •  English language - fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  •  Ability to absorb new concepts and technical implementation of application architecture, infrastructure, and security.
  •  Ability to share knowledge freely, assisting teammates, systems engineering, etc., helping to raise the overall skill level of the team
