Your Role:

To support our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic IT Engineer. In this role, you will support our internal server and network infrastructure. You will report directly to the Head of IT and Security and play an essential role in realizing our strategic ambitions.

What Will You Do?

- Design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure.

- Ensure the availability, security, and scalability of Windows servers and storage.

- Coordinate IT projects and ensure timely delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.

- Implement and enforce security measures to protect our data and systems.

- Maintain relationships with external vendors and internal service providers.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.

- Manage IT support services and ensure timely resolution of user issues.

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance user IT knowledge.

- Develop and implement improvement programs to further professionalize IT/NT services.

What Do You Bring?

- Completed education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBO / HBO level).

- At least 3 years of experience in an IT role.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

- Project management skills with a proven track record of successful implementations.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international environment.

- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and trends.

- Strong communication and writing skills.

- Knowledge of network technology is a plus.
